The OPTITEMP TRA/TCA-TF31 is a bar stock flange temperature assembly. Bar stock thermowells are used in the case of advanced requirements on the mechanical load capacity of the thermowell. One advantage that flange temperature assemblies have over threaded assemblies is that they may be coated to make them resistant to aggressive media.

HVAC thermometers are used for room temperature monitoring indoors and outdoors. They measure e.g. the air temperature in cold storage houses, air-conditioned rooms and production areas. The particularly compact sensor TRA-C20 are manufactured in stainless steel and fitted with G1/2" process connections. They are used for general measurement tasks in pipelines and vessels in all areas and at higher pressures and flow rates.

The OPTITEMP TT 11 is an analogue, multirange 3-wire temperature transmitter which works together with single resistance thermometers of the type Pt100 and Pt1000. A special feature of the device is its 0...10 VDC output that predestines it for the HVAC systems in building services applications. The transmitter has a high reliability and a good industrial performance.
The OPTITEMP TT 11 series consists of 2 different versions in terms of the mounting. The TT 11 R is the rail-mount version for DIN rails whereas the TT 11 C is primarily intended to be mounted in a "B connection head" or larger according to DIN EN 50446. As an alternative you can also mount the in-head version on a DIN rail according to EN 60715 with the help of an optionally available rail mounting kit.
The whole TT 11 transmitter series utilizes a modular design in hardware to ensure the quality and reliability of the transmitter signal output. In the standard delivery condition the transmitters are not preset. Therefore you have to make a complete solder pad configuration before using the devices for the first time. As an option the manufacturer offers preset transmitters according to the customer's order.

ICON is a complete kit for the PC configuration of all OPTITEMP transmitters (except meso transmitter OPTITEMP TT 50).
The kit includes the USB interface, connection cables and the new software ConSoft.
The communication with the connected transmitter is automatically established with the Windows software. Annoying problems in defining the PC communication ports or interfaces are avoided.

Replaceable spring loaded thermometer inserts with RTD or TC sensing element in three versions: with terminal block, with flying wires or with OPTITEMP head-mounted transmitter.
The OPTITEMP TR/TC-100 measuring inserts are intended for installation in thermometer assemblies and are made using mineral insulated mantle cable. They feature flexibility, superior insulation resistance and a high degree of vibration resistance.
The TR 100 version contains a Pt100 RTD with a characteristic curve according to DIN EN 60751.
The TC 100 version features a thermocouple according to DIN EN 60584.
Thermocouple measuring inserts come in type "K" or "J", other types are available on request.

| Connection Heads |
The OPTITEMP Connection heads protect the terminals and the temperature transmitter from environmental influences (e. g. dirt and dust). They have an M20 x 1.5 thread at the cable entry. The covers feature oil-resistant rubber seals (can be used up to 100°C ambient temperature).
The connection heads are available in the following materials:
- Die-cast aluminium for standard applications (Types: BA, BUZ-T/S/H/HW, BGK and AXD)
- Stainless steel (type BVA), especially for the pharmaceutical and food and beverage industries
- Plastic (type BBK)
Type "BUZ-HW" is the only connection head with a display, type "AXD" is in an explosion-proof enclosure.
